Relationship Repair is almost an eventuality with most romantic partners through the years and sometimes, we need a mediator to help dispel the intense emotions or to untangle a complicated misunderstanding.
For most couples, it’s predominately a matter of self-awareness and communication. With enhanced understanding of each, partnering becomes easier and problems are tackled more effectively.
With this 5 session package (must be used within 90 days), Leslyn lays out a roadmap to success for couples seeking guidance through rough patches. The sessions will focus on a structured objective of teaching:
Awareness - Helping each partner understand themselves better by outlining items to pay attention to; identifying problematic reactions; and addressing self-mastery objectives.
Communication - Two sessions focusing on the intricate nuances of semantics and emotional vocabulary that interrupt our ability to be productive communicators. Leslyn outlines a variety of mistakes most couple make that create difficult interactions and offers substitute solutions for smoother engagement.
Emotional Connection - It’s the emotional connection that transforms a sexual relationship into something worth keeping yet it’s the one that we tend to have the most difficulty fostering as life takes us in different directions. Leslyn spends at least one full session and into another directing how to promote and sustain an emotional alliance with one another.
Physicality - It’s not just about sex. It’s also about snuggling, spooning, hand holding, and hugs. It’s about looking across the room at one another and feeling an excitement knowing that you’ll be touching again soon. That sensation you had while dating can be relit over and over again when you know how to make it happen. The remaining session time will be spent reteaching you what is innate and natural when the rest is in place.
