This special package is a monthly subscription that includes one 45 min video or phone call session each month, activities specifically designed to keep the spark glowing, and continued coaching guidance to sustain a flame sent to your inbox each month.

We take our cars in for oil changes, replace air filters in our home, cut and dye our hair as well as get annual physicals so that the things we care about (transportation, housing, & appearance) stay in tip top shape. Yet, we fail to prioritize our emotional health and most especially - OUR RELATIONSHIPS.

The Relationship Maintenance program is designed to do just that - it’s a structured outline each month offering advice, tips & tricks to sustain the great energy that exists in your romance.

Each month, you’ll receive a few key tools to assist in the ‘maintenance’ of your relationship:

  • A conversation with Leslyn - to iron out any wrinkles that came up during the month. This is a great way to keep your communication in tip top shape and work through small misunderstandings that are part of normal day to day living.

  • Research based information to help you pay attention to patterns that may be developing in your communication which prevent you from being heard or using your voice.

  • Tips for date night.

  • Ideas for increasing emotional intimacy.

  • Reminders for staying connected

  • Podcast recommendations for you to listen to together; information to support your long term goals!

  • Articles of interest that investigate self-awareness and personal accountability; keeping you motivated to be your best self.

  • Videos / shows to promote good conversation and mutual learning.

Each month - the webpage will be updated with a new ‘maintenance plan’ for that month. You’ll receive an email to let you know that plan was updated.
